Terms of Service

2026-07-20

These terms govern your use of Provappen at provappen.se (the "Service"). This English version is provided for information only; the Swedish version governs.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Sava Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Companies House no. 16124943), Unit 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, Poole BH16 6FA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What the Service is

Provappen helps you prepare for medborgarskapsprovet, the Swedish citizenship test in civics: with practice exams, explanations, and an overview of your progress. Provappen is a private study tool. We are not affiliated with UHR (Universitets- och högskolerådet), Migrationsverket, or any other authority. Using the Service does not register you for the official test and does not guarantee that you will pass. UHR has not published a pass mark; we never claim to know what it is.

3. Accounts

You need an account to take practice exams. You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it; login is via one-time codes sent by email. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Purchases and access

Paid plans grant time-limited access to the full question bank and all features, for the number of days stated at purchase. Prices are shown at checkout in Swedish kronor (SEK), inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record and accounts for any VAT; Stripe's sale terms, shown at checkout, also apply. We do not store card details. Access starts at purchase and ends automatically. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, unless explicitly stated at checkout.

5. Right of withdrawal

Your access is activated immediately after purchase. At checkout, you expressly consent to our immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal therefore lapses (section 2, article 11 of the Swedish Act [2005:59] on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts). In return, you get access right away.

That said: if you were charged by mistake or twice, or the Service does not work as described, write to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the amount.

6. Acceptable use

Do not share your account with others, do not copy or redistribute question content in an automated way, do not disrupt the Service, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, translations, questions, and explanations, belongs to us or our licensors. Our questions are our own work, developed from UHR's official study material "Sverige i fokus", with a source reference for every question.

8. Liability

We work to keep the content accurate and the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not guarantee that the practice content at every moment matches the content of the official test; the test is new and UHR may change its format and content.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for personal injury. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory rules, including your rights as a consumer under Swedish law, are not affected.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We will announce material changes in good time on the site or by email. Changes apply only going forward; access you have already purchased is not affected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer, you always have the protection given to you by mandatory consumer legislation in your country of residence. Disputes can be brought before a general court; you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, arn.se) or use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
